Very nice, clean low budget camper ready for adventure. Bought the unit last year to live in while we remodeled a home we purchased. No longer needed, so it needs a new home. One piece aluminum roof and new tires in great condition. It"s old and yes it has a few issues, so here is things I know that need addressed. I never attempted to fix anything it was short term living space and we were concentrating on the remodel, so items may be very simple fixes. * fridge only works on electric power- gets ice cold though. It will freeze everything if you turned it up. * Dolly leveler legs- power up works until it get pretty high then it slips, so manual crank if you need front end really high. cranks super easy, so not a big issue. * Sewage dump valve handle broken- Channels locks work great to open * has a very minor leak in rear kitchen cabinet- guessing needs new caulking at roof edge, but never verified.
Unit has queen bed which needs a mattress, fold down dinette and sofa sleeper. Comes with heavy duty RV extension cord, 12v macerator sewage and 100" hose which makes emptying the tanks out super easy.
