please real bidder"s and buyer"s only up for world wide auction is my grandparent"s 1995 class B road trek 18 foot 190 popular 1 ton powered by V8 5.7 with 114,000 mile"s run"s very good plenty of life left on her it is a 4 speed automatic with over drive and transmission shift"s perfect.and run"s great. it"s option"s are power window"s power lock"s dash air condition it work"s dash and cab heater am fm stereo cassette player with optional cd player portable come"s with it. power mirrors cruise control tilt wheel and front adjustable swivel seat"s a full kitchen with dual burner"s and small sink area hood fan and light inside of hood fan. refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space all around kitchen area with large closet.also have a portable stove for it inside compartment on bottom flat screen tv portable water tank"s black and grey holding tanks i think they are 8 gallon. toilet area ac dc plug ins and dual table area"s rear tow package hitch and lot"s of compartment dual battery"s that are recently replaced and a outside awning that is in good shape also a propane tank not sure how big im sorry about that and above in the roof is a high power electrical fan for air. everything that was mentioned above work"s just fine. all the light"s work turn signals high beam"s brake light"s hazard light"s and running light"s backing light"s inside light"s as you can see in pic"s all work fine. nice and roomy back bed that make"s in to a dinning area and storage on bottom of cushion"s with cup holder"s and electrical plug ins fuse box area and small cabinets above in front there is a fold away table also with a nice chair next to it all the interior is in very good shape no rip"s or stain"s or cut"s of any kind and no bad smell"s at all. it could use some front tire"s and some new shock"s nothing big just that they are to old to run this rv and that explain"s the fiberglass area damage on running board"s lol you can see that in pic"s a very easy fix there is some storage space on outside on bottom of rv with extra plug"s and also rear spare tire is mounted on back with cover that"s about all of it no leak"s no bad smell"s and ready for a new owner i do have the clear washing title in hand and all the book"s and manual"s for it for more information please feel free to contact me at (253)314-6055 or email me threw ebay please serious inquiries and bidder"s please calling is best. this rv is being sold in as is condition there is no warranty"s that apply for this rv i do require a deposit with in the first 24 hour"s after auction ending and a full payment with in 72 hour"s after ending of auction bank to bank wire only or cash in person please sorry but no paypal excepted so if using paypal please don"t bid.with that said happy bidding and god bless. .
