Long story short, I got this RV some 4-5 years ago, used it for one season, had roof leak around bathroom skylight, opened for repair. . . . . . . life got in the way, parked at the friends house some 50 miles away. . . . . . . fast forward 3-4 years I had to remove it. It was driven to my friends place, Cummings engine, Alison Push button auto, I had installed 6 brand new tires for that trip ( $1800 ) did brakes and new batteries. When I was called to remove it on 24hrs notice I had no choice but to tow it away, It would nor start due to frozen starter and bad batteries. I also had no choice to where to go, so it was towed to an auto auction with hope of selling it on Ebay. . . . .witch I did. Of course buyer bailed on me and I finally had to tow it again. $1600 between the tows and fees. Finally, present day, It is located in Kingston NH 03848, at my friends lot. I got new starter and couple used batteries, got it going, started right up. However now brake line is shot, buzzer wont go of, I assume that is what is preventing transmission to engage, D ( or rather #6 ) and R when depressed starts flashing and goes back to neutral. I have zero time, and even less interest in working on it. Will be sold with no reserve to anyone willing to buy it. Facts: -Cummings, I believe 275hp 39K miles that is believed to be original. Very good engine, sounds really nice, does need shut of solenoid, have to shut it of by hand. Have new solenoid to go with ( old issue from years ago ) -Transmission was very good, shifted with no issues last time driven ( 5 years ago ) and I assume something simple is interfering with engaging gear -Tires brand new 5 years ago, have no dry rot, maybe 100 miles on them 9-22.5 -Brakes ware gone trough 5 years ago, pads, replaced, now has busted main line, need to be repaired -Steering feels great, power steering works good -Exterior, as you may know those are made from aluminum with stainless bottom half, It is in very nice shape and will clean nicely. Roof is fiberglass and will need repaired, Interior is bad, what used to be small roof leak has turned into disaster, however all the appliances look to be reusable and doesn"t feel or smell musty ( or at all ) Should be gutted and reworked -Paperwork, I have previous Rhode Island Registration and I can also get the buyer current New Hampshire registration should be needed, This is, due to age NON TITLED vehicle in New Hampshire ( prior to 1999 ) but that reg works to title in other states that require one ( check with your home state ) -I only have starting key, have lost house keys ( still looking ) and can not open lower bunks. There is old, new condition spare tire to go with it -Chassis, I believe is very nice, with only minor surface rust, what I can see -Leveling system was working, fine, not tested at this point, I just don"t have enough batteries.
Lastly, at present, this is parked at safe location, doesn"t have to be removed tomorrow, and can be worked at, ( last two statements with limits ) Swift transaction is expected, as well as common sense.
