For Sale 1995 flagstaff Cobra Enclosed Bug Out Camper

https:/ youtu.be/D1AoJUqRfsc For your consideration a 1995 Flagstaff Cobra popup that was transformed into a insulated custom off grid mobile bug out camper. The exterior is made of 1/2 Baltic birch 11 layers and 1 1/4 studs with Styrofoam and 1/4 knotty pine. The inside height is 6 feet. Complete with two sets of load rating D tires and beefed up leaf springs. It comes with three propane tanks, two are full and a ladder. It has a screen door and a inner locking door.
The inside is clear coated knotty pine installed on a angle. The cabinets inside are custom made except for upper cabinets including the bread box. The three burner stove functions great and so does the little buddy heater. The refrig works on AC, DC, and propane. It has a sink and 10 gallon gray water tank. There is a countertop in the back half with plenty of drawers underneath.
The bed is 72" long and 39" wide, it can fold up to make more room towards the back. It weighs 1700 lbs and a 250 tongue weight with a 2" ball. It is 16 long with hitch.
That is all the good points, here are some items to consider.
The sink needs to be hooked back up to the drain, faucet reinstalled, needs new water pump
The laminate floor is in good shape but will need some pieces changed out
There is a crack in the front window and the cranks do not work but they do open and hold with a prop.
The exterior paint will need to be addressed soon which includes caulking, some of the trim work will either be changed or caulked.
The frame is solid and reinforced yet the right rear end drupes. When parked, foot should be set
it will need TLC, the price will reflect that. It will come with a clean Wisconsin title. There are no leaks. The exterior lights all work. It will NOT come with the solar panel and controller seen in the pictures.
I have over 6 grand into this project and have had lots of fun with it
I made and traveled with this trailer for the past 4 years and have seen and stayed in 14 states with it. It is ready for travel and really just needs attention. Purchase as-is. A deposit of 200 dollars must be paid within 24 hours of purchase. The rest in cash within 7 days. Thanks.
