Vehicle description
1995 Flagstaff 176SD in excellent shape, ready to camp, nothing needed, priced to sell. The complete top to this camper was removed and stripped, all new wood was installed and sealed (real wood not the original particleboard), the complete top was sprayed with durable bed liner and if you have ever owned a pickup you know how indestructible bed liner is. I documented it on YouTube for others with the same problem search pop up camper roof rebuild, a 6 part series. I put a brand new canvas on it in the fall by Bear Creek Canvas a high quality made in USA canvas set. The lift system has been well maintained and works smoothly, and the frame and floor have no issues, Tires are 2 years old and good. Folded the unit is 8 ½ feet long and 7 feet wide. It is extremely easy to tow and a car or minivan would have no problem pulling it down the road. I put a receiver on the rear bumper and there is a 2-bike rack that goes with it, any receiver accessories can easily be added. I made a custom removable boat rack and have a Sunfish Sailboat that I would put on top and take with me, With the rack there is no weight on the roof that can’t really support anything and I believe my boat is 120 lbs. so a kayak, canoe, or aluminum fishing boat should be no problem. The stove is a 2 burner and has inside and outside hookups so you can cook on the long counter or outside under the awning pictured but the camper was too close to the house for me to set up. I removed the water tank for extra storage space. It has air conditioning and there is a small electric oil radiator and a set of heated blankets, the box pictured has all the set-up items needed, crank electric, water, wheel chalks, stabilizers, etc. and fits in the doorway when folded so it is easily accessible when closing or setting up. Everything in the camper goes with it and it is fully equipped, plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, water carrier, waste water tank, toaster, even the kitchen sink. I believe this camper is fairly priced since the roof materials were 6-800.00 and the canvas was 1500.00 and it has everything needed inside and needs nothing. You can send me an offer but please do not offend me with a low-ball hope. I am selling this because I am older, my kids are graduated, and I have only used it for shooting events the last year and with the climbing cost of campsites, I can stay in a cheap hotel for the same money without having to set-up the camper myself. I know there is someone who would like a nice small camper but can’t afford the 8-10,000.00 for a new one and does not want to fix up a 1800.00 unit.
