Fresh oil and transmission fluid, new house and starter batteries, two AC units on roof, both blow cold. Tires and brakes in good condition. This unit drives well and power mirrors and cruise control work. New wiper blades, no cracks in windshield. Awning is in good shape and operates well. 30Amp AC power cable. Towing package. Interior is in great shape no leaks in water tank or water heater. Was ordered with the Arctic package, so it can be used in cold weather. Water heater is AC and propane. Water pump works well and both sinks, interior and exterior showers and toilet all work well. Bedroom has twin beds. Microwave oven and satellite antenna. City water and sewer hookup. Cons: neither the fridge or generator work but there is an inexpensive work around for the generator if you need one. It isn’t perfect but it’s awfully good Clear Nebraska title in hand.
