This is a 1995 Dodge Ram 3500 Travel Inn Conversion Van by Honor Built Industries. It has a 5.9L V-8 motor/ automatic transmission and ONLY 44,500 miles! The motor runs strong and the transmission shifts well; both without ANY fluid leaks or residual fluid buildup. All the gauges work properly and no warning lights are illuminated. Gauges indicate good oil pressure and battery voltage, and has van has never overheated. The tires are new. The two 12V batteries are also new. The van is equipped with a tow package and is wired for trailer lights. The exterior of the van is in great shape, and it has privacy glass, full size rear mounted spare, steel wheels with chrome hub caps. The exterior paint is original, the body and under carriage are free of rust, and the van appears to have been covered or garage kept most of its life. There are power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, cruise control, AM/FM stereo, power inverter, and the heating and A/C system works well! All the components for the camper system are present and in proper working order. The van has rear lighting, blinds for all the windows, overhead storage compartments and driver and passenger captains’ chairs. The rear is configured as an open galley that can be converted into a two-person bed. There is roof mounted A/C system that works well and cools off the interior of the camper with ease - the temperature can be changed using switches located directly on the unit itself. Please note that the factory cover for the A/C system has been patched (see photo). The van also has a built-in interior gas heater with a blower, which is controlled by an interior mounted thermostat - it keeps you warm on the coldest nights. The kitchenette has a two-burner propane stove top, gas/electric refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a sink. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and sink and has a privacy door. It has a hot water heater and on board water/ sewage tanks for the two sinks and toilet. The rear camper components run on an ONAN MicroLite 2800 gas generator that is tied into the vans gas tank – this unit also works great. You can start the generator from the interior compartment switches located above the driver seat or on the generator itself. Power outlets are available in the interior of the van and there are electric outlets located in the side compartment for external power. This is a fully functioning, great running van that has passed all Missouri 2018 Safety and Emission Inspections… it is road ready!
