This unit is in extremely good condition, Aspen green, everything works. Drives great. 102k miles, chevy 350, 2800 Onan with 78hrs, sleeps 4 easily even with 24" HD 1080 Vizio TV in place which folds down under slider bunk bed- it has two hours of use. AT, CC, PW, PL, Dash AC, Pioneer sound system with CD and USB port, awning, hitch, rooftop Penguin Duotherm AC blows cold, microwave, furnace, inside shower, also outside shower, 3 way Dometic frig, toilet, unused two burner stove, recent oil change for both gen. and eng, recent engine and coach batteries, sofa folds out into a bed, engine AC system rebuilt, new ball joints/bushings, carpet exc., seats/couch exc, exterior excellent-no fading. Exc. chrome, tires 60-70%, unused spare, minimal overall flaws - a blizzard did blow snow into roof AC unit and stained the ceiling (see pics) but ceiling has never leaked. Zero rust - western unit originally and never driven in snow here. I"ve owned it for two years, it was supposed to be my tailgating vehicle which didn"t really materialize. Carpet is green-looks gray in pics, but some pics also show the overlying gray runner. First driven in 1996. 33 gallon gas tank. 18 gallon fresh water, 6 gallon hot water heater. Spare keys.
