Up for sale is a 1995 Coachman camper. FOR SALE AS IS. Pickup only.
We bought it to serve as temporary lodgings for a few months while relocating, and now it"s served it"s purpose. It will NOT fit a short bed truck and needs an 8 foot truck. It is being sold As-is.
New grey rhino-liner coating on the outside. Furnace was also recently repaired 2 months ago and blows hot air right away (no need to wait for heat). Fridge works perfectly and runs on propane or electricity. Sinks work and we have all the tubing and connections that you"ll need to hook it up. Toilet works perfectly. Smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector is already installed. All the electrical works. We"ve replaced 3 of the 5 light fixtures to LED, and the ones we haven"t replaced, we do have LED fixtures for and comes with the camper, you would just have to take a few minutes to install it. All the outside lights for driving are new and have been replaced with LED also.
We"ve recently replaced the linoleum floors and have extra tiles in case a repair needs to be done, and we"ve also painted all the cabinets from Cherry to Dark Chocolate using the Rustoleum Transformations kit. We do have the rest of the kit left and comes with the camper, I"m case you want to touch up anything. The walls have also been coated with two coats of ultra white primer (except for the bed area), and the primer comes with the camper as well. The camper cushions were just replaced with new outdoor fabric 3 weeks ago, and the curtains and rods are also only a month old as well.
Fresh water holding tank has a leak near the top. One of the tie down needs to be re-enforced. To the best of my knowledge those are all the issues but please note the camper is FOR SALE AS IS.
