Vehicle description
RV camper tiny home conversion. Stealth. Arizona vehicle, very clean, low miles.
I have been living in this truck for the past year. It is very comfortable and great for boondocking also great for urban stealth. All systems are in good, working order.
Here are the basics:
Solar/Electrical system:
Two 320-watt panels (room for 2 or 3 more)
Epever mppt solar charge controller
24 volt, 120 amp hour lifepo4 battery bank
24 volt, 2000 watt Aims inverter/charger
Numerous AC and DC and USB outlets all around the truck
Plumbing:
33-gallon fresh water tank, with heater pad
33-gallon gray water tank, with heater pad
12-gallon drinking water tank
Fully plumbed kitchen sink and shower stall
Hot water - Excel on-demand, propane, low-pressure start
Other:
Pioneer 9,000 btu mini-split heat and air conditioner
1100-watt wall-mount microwave
Alpicool 58-qt. 12-volt DC compressor refrigerator/freezer
3.2 cubic foot dorm-sized refrigerator, 110 volt AC
Two 20-lb. propane tanks
Shur-Flo water pump with accumulator tank
MaxxAir maxx-fan deluxe with remote
3 skylights
Roof deck, escape hatch access
Large window and glass sliding door in the back for when truck doors are opened
Tons of cabinets and drawers
City water hook-up and twist-lock electrical receptacle
Truck:
Truck is 7.2L, 30HD van, title lists as 3500HD and is titled as a "motor home".
1-year old 800ah battery
New starter and fuel pump
Recently did a tune-up
Truck is very clean and runs well, heat and air work well
Tires have good tread
Truck A/C works well, and the compressor is fairly new. I had the system serviced for leaks last winter and it"s been working well. However, it does squeal intermittently.
Miscellaneous:
Back-up camera and monitor set up, but need to be wired to fuse box.
In the truck cab, the "doghouse" is held on with screws. Not pretty, but solid.
Re-circulating water system: This is ready to go, but I haven"t tested it yet. This would allow long showers while boondocking.
Finish work: there is lots of trimming out that I haven"t finished that is purely aesthetic.
I am currently living in this truck, so will need several hours, at least, to get my stuff out when I sell it.
