Engine is good, always had all oil changes and repairs done from single local mechanic who knows the vehicle"s history.
Lots of custom work done on the inside and tons of extras included in the price, such as a small off grid power source, solar lantern, lots of shelving and storage compartments and so much more.
Van has removable portable toilet, small bathtub/shower combo with upgraded faucet and water filter, Dometic fridge (needs work in order for it to work off grid otherwise plug in), sink with cutting board/cover, two burner stove top that folds down, shelving, storage, a couch that folds down into a bed, a removable table that fits between the couch and the kitchen counter, an outdoor shower, a tank to hold city water for the water for the sink and showers.
AC needs work; does not work when not plugged in to electric source. Never tried plugging it in so it might not work at all (were off grid and never tried it. Had plans to remove it and replace it with a skylight/fan instead).
Same is true for the water to flow; needs to be plugged in for the water in the tanks to pump through the pipes.
Electric outlets in van should work when the van is plugged in on grid (never tested).
AC in the cab has never worked nor has the radio (needs new faceplate is all). Always just used windows for fresh air. ;)
Propane in great shape, stove works perfect.
Front brakes were replaced within the past year. Power windows, power locks work.
Lots of room for additional custom add-ons, improvement and upgrades.
