1995 Airstream Excella 31’ travel trailer. Extremely cleanfor age! Zip Dee awnings all around (5total) all in very good condition. Custom interior with leopard print and white vinyl upholstery has amid-century modern vibe. Three poweredceiling vents. Flooring in livingroom/diningroomcovered with rubber-backed carpet tiles (we also have some extra tiles). Refrigerator has been replaced with a free-standing,120 volt unit. All interior lights havebeen replaced with LED bulbs. Newhigh-boy toilet. Corian counter top. Convection/microwave oven and 3-burnercooktop (with Corian cover). Sleeps six; Main bedroom in rear with queen-sized mattress,original fold-down front couch and dinette converts to bed. Roof A/C with heating element. New hot water heater electronics. Original furnace. All appliances work, although the stereoneeds to be replaced. Cedar closet withlight. Small flip-out table in thefront, next to the door. One full 30 lb. LP tank and one partial. Has one 12 volt battery (1-year old). Exterior in very good condition but top rearof the roof has some dents (but doesn’t leak). It has the typical oxidation and small dings and in some places thefactory decals have peeled. This trailer had front end damage when we purchased it 18years ago and was repaired by an Airstream dealer/repair center. Three front windows were replaced and a smallsection of exterior skin was replaced. We have been using this trailer at a fixed location in a campground inMontello, Wisconsin (30 minutes east of Wisconsin Dells) since 2003. We have no means to tow, so this Airstreammust be picked up on site by the buyer. Includes electric power jack and t he hitch ball size is 2-5/16”. Thetires are ST225/75R15 and seem to be in decent shape but we have no knowledgeof the condition of the brakes or the bearings, as we haven’t moved the traileron the highway in over 18 years. Becausewe don’t have the manual for this Airstream we don’t know the weight. As is typical for used Airstreams, this issold As-Is, Where-Is. Please reviewpictures closely. Will include jackstands, 30 gallon RV portable waste tank, white potable water hose and wastehoses. Clean and clear title in hand.
