New FURNACE two years ago. Two (2) MAXAIR units added about three years ago AIR CONDITIONING is central. SLEEPS FOUR , however it is most comfortable for a couple. PROPANE HOT WATER HEATER, works well. PROPANE & ELECTRIC REFRIGERATOR, works. MICROWAVE/CONVECTION OVEN, works. THREE FLAT SCREEN TV"S Two in, one out. two CD PLAYERS/BLUE TOOTH all work. TWO AIR COMPRESSORS , one for air leve ling suspension system, JETAIR one for whatever. TIRE PRESSURE DETECTION SYSTEM. five year modules must have batteries renewed. numerous modifications to the coach, such as switching almost all lights to LED"s, COMMERCIAL WATER FILTER AT KITCHEN SINK. I have modified what I considered to be lazy ENGINEERING, such as placing water pump in a location where it could not be serviced. the utilization of spaces (Clothes hampers, storage above Valance"s. Moving the outdoor shower head to increase storage etc. COMPLETE TOOL STORAGE AREA (screw drivers, wrenches, paint, most stay)
GENSET is a ONAN MARQUIS 7000 , recently professionally torn down and rebuilt. Picture above.

No Spare Tire. ( if you get a flat,you do not want to replace that tire with one that has been hanging under the camper, sometimes for years. Get a new one. Seven year rule.
