1994 Warrior Motor home from Texas now in central Illinois
21 ft, 3.0L 6 cyl engine, Auto w/ overdrive, cruise, AC, PS, PB. 76,395 miles. Runs and drives excellent. Generator with 365 hours. We have owned it 4 years, I had the head gaskets replaced under the recall when I bought it at 67,657 miles on 6-24-13. There was no issue I just had it done as it was a recall item. I had new water pump, belts and hoses installed at that time. I bought 6 new tires date code 45th week of 2012 build date, they have 9k on them, and a new rim and spare tire, the spare was new last year. 2013 new air bags on rear suspension. Installed hitch for motorcycle trailer. 2013 new Pioneer stereo with bluetooth and phone capable.
2013 Led marker lights on upper camper front and rear. Recovered the couch and dinette, new curtains. 2013 New microwave
2013 New front brakes and packed bearings
2013 new gas/elec fridge. New house and cab batteries last year. Laminate floor 2 years ago. Rebuild cab area last year.
All manuals included 4 tire covers (not shown)
Also included not installed yet, new faucets for bath, and shower. Exterior water hook up for hose. Now for the bad stuff, furnace does not work, we used electric space heater. The exterior water hook up is plugged off, new one is included but not installed, we used the water tank and pump, you just cannot hook up to water line. Could use dump valves replaced, they still work but are stiff and will drip a little water. Someone hit something in the left front bumper before I got it, no issue just cosmetic, it also took out the left inner fender (plastic) drives fine and no weird tire wear. The floor in front of fridge is a little soft, not bad enough to cause a problem but want to disclose so no surprises. Normal bumps and bruises for a 23 year old home. Front of overhead window has gorilla tape on it as added protection against leaking. It does not leak.
We do not smoke but we do have a 25 lb dog that camps with us, she is house broke. For sale locally so may end early.
