New flooring, new blinds, new refrigerator, new valances with updated, not outdated decor. Sleeps 9! Bunk room has it"s own booth table. Perfect for large family. Lots of room and storage. Water heater works off electric and propane. Four burner propane stove/oven. Solar Security lights installed all around exterior. New tires in April, current VA inspection, clean VA title, and VA tags, is located in SWFL. There are some minor fixes, but all major ones are done. .example (Four scissor jacks installed permanently, but one needs repaired.) No awning, but you can easily find one to your taste. Selling as is, no returns, or refunds. You will absolutely LOVE this pull behind travel trailer and its worth every penny (Valued at $6,664).
