Pop up camper with hard sides with sliding tinted plexiglass windows (not screen walls with canvas zip ups) In good condition
Weight 2,300#, 230# tongue +/- Canvas pullouts in good condition no leaks in walls or vinyl canvas roof. Has small tear 2-3" long repaired by sewing tight. Canvas treated with spray on waterproof coating as needed. All zippers in good shape.
Sleeps 6 minimum - 70x80 bed on one end 60x80 bed on other end and convertible bed in dining area
We have owned this camper since 1996 - many a good year in Disney World - Fort Wilderness Camp Ground, only one other owner before. Needs new owner for more adventures.
Has many amenities: Air conditioning - cold and adjustable; also has a heat strip for chilly days Gas furnace for really cold days - not much in Florida Sink, Refrigerator - 3 way power A/C, D/C and Gas Toilet - self contained built-in unit with removable waste tank to empty into sewer and flush water tank which allows toilet to flush/rinse when hooked up to power. (2) showers - one inside and one outside 6 gal gas hot water heater supplies showers and sink 3 ring portable gas range - use inside or outside
Roll-out awning with screen room attachment Storage cabinets - low and tall Fresh water tank w/ water pump for remote camping Spare wheel underneath Storage bin in rear for tools, wood blocks for leveling etc.

Curtains for windows, bed ends and privacy curtain in middle. Track and hooks in ceiling for shower curtain but no curtain. Other items include custom made sanitary pvc line to allow hook up to camp ground sanitary for shower drain and sink drain, including hoses and connectors, a large 24"L screw driver for setting jacks (easier than supplied 12" rod) and other miscellaneous items such as fresh water hook-up hoses electric plug adapter to standard 120v outlet etc.
Will include a custom camper top (4) bike rack - see photo ($350.00 new), sway bar and hitch ($120.00 new min.)
