1994 Class A gas Southwind. 30 AMP. It"s actually a 1995 model, but as it is titled as a 1994, that is what I am selling it as.
Ford 460 engine. 59,263 original miles. 32 ft long. 102" wide. Engine and transmission run great. 2 rooftop ACs work great. Front AC is only 2 years old. Engine AC works great. New radiator. Windshield is cracked. One bedroom window is cracked. Will need tires. Right front tire is new 2 years ago, the other 7 are holding air, but show signs of dry rot. Will need batteries, but it does run off a jump start. It just doesn"t hold a charge. Alternator is charging, but battery is shot. Onan Marquis Gold 5000W generator runs, has 1090 hrs on it. 75 gallon gas tank. (Is 3/4 full with fuel stabilizer in tank) 100# propane tank. 75 gallon fresh water capacity. 50 gallon grey water capacity. 50 gallon black water capacity. Interior ceiling has stains from previous roof leak, but roof has been resealed and does not leak. Lots of delamination on exterior. Refrigerator does not work. 3 burner stove and oven works. Microwave works. Separate ice maker unit works. Hydraulic leveling jacks work. Entry step motor does not work. Needs a good cleaning.
Sold as is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. I have tried to list all problems that I am aware of, but again, it is sold as is where is. Buyer must pick up motorhome within 20 days of auction end and pay in cash or pay by cashiers check within 14 days if more time is needed to pick up motorhome. Zero feedback bidders may have bid cancelled. Non paying buyers will be reported to Ebay. Title will not be transferred and unit released until cashiers check has cleared. I do not have PayPal. After 20 days storage fee is $50.00 per month. Motorhome is in Jay, OK 74346 Unit is also offered for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end auction if sold locally.
