| “New hot water heater, Everything works and works well MINUS the water line at back of toilet ( has very small crack ). Only leaks when under pressure. If you are using the water pump it doesn't leak, IF you are hooked to city water it leaks a little. BUT everything else works without flaw. Easy puller, Good floor, sealed good roof. Flat screen tv and radio are included. We have used this for several years for travel and for spare bedroom. Family is just out growing it. "to many grandkids now days". We have keys for everything. propane tanks are included too. ITs a 1994 8x22ft GVW of 3450. call 308-778-7375. Tires are in good condition but rear tires are wearing to the inside a bit and should be rotated before long. Has a new electric jack on front and we are leaving the interstate battery with it too. Has hail damages over every part of it but nothing leaks.” |
