1994 Mountain Aire Motor Home 38ft Aluminum body and chassis. With tag axel and slide. 27,000 original miles runs perfect doesn"t burn oil or smoke always maintained. 454 Ford big block and tow package, the transmission was just serviced and No issues, the tires have less than 2,000 miles on them. Comes with all the bells and whistles for the year queen size bed, sleeper sofa, all solid oak cabinets throughout, full bathroom ,kitchen and dinning area Selling for my parents who can no longer use it, has some minor dings and dents and some kinks but nothing really bad and ceiling has some stains but doesn"t leak, but all and all a great machine and ready to use. No accident History!
What it needs- 2 roof vents ($42.00 total) Starter for generator 220hrs on it ($50.00 works fine just went) Water heater pressure valve ($15.00) auto step magnet ($5.00) bathroom fan motor ($20.00)The starter has been working but should be replaced it has dead spots ($100.00) the slide switch isn"t working but I"ve been bypassing the motor and it and works fine. Really not much needed to be 100% and you will have a high end motor home for almost nothing. Being sold as is where is.
