Completely redone and gorgeous on the inside ready for your next adventure!
Engine and transmission are sound. Long list of things that have been done to it. I’m sure this is probably not even everything.
Mechanically-
Generator Rebuilt New Driveshaft New U joints and New hangar/carrier bearing Rebuilt hot water heater New ABS sensors Rebuilt master cylinder New front caliper sets Front wheel bearings repacked Front rotors turned New rear end with all new bearings and seals New engine thermostat New holding tank sensors
All of this work was done and I have the receipts and records for almost everything.
Three of the 7 tires have less than 200 miles on them and the other three have less than 2000 miles on them. (6 tires on the ground and 1 spare)
INTERIOR -
New Vents (2) New Faucets New Paint Kenwood and Sony Sound system Partially newly insulated and partial new interior ceiling (leaked when we bought it so we redid it and had roof resealed) New light fixture in bath New curtains New kitchen and bath faucets Microwave Undercounter coffee maker Refrigerator and separate freezer can run off of the generator or propane (2) tv’s and DVD players
Sleeps 6 comfortably, Queen bed, bunkbed overhead and the dinette turns into another bed. Heating and air-conditioning work perfect. Four burner stove, TVs, DVD Players, refrigerator and freezer, Bathroom with shower and small tub, tons of storage space! Has an awning.
The only thing NOT working on the RV/Motorhome is the oven. I think it could easily be fixed but we never used it so didn’t bother fixing. Stovetop works!
This was lived in and sat for a long time therefore the reason for the limited mileage and the pretty much complete makeover! This baby is ready to go anywhere! Super easy to drive and it’s only about 24 foot long so it can go places the big ones can’t! It is a gasoline model not a diesel. I am a disabled woman and I have driven this all over Texas by myself and feel very comfortable doing so and setting it up and breaking it down is a breeze even for me. The only thing I would have done had I not had to sell was remove and replace the carpet. Yes I have the clear title in hand. It is never been involved in an accident to our knowledge. New inspection and registration in Texas.
