Thank You for your interest in our Rv we have owned it for 4 years. It has been in our family for 10 years. We have traveled to Virginia Beach and Lake Erie in the past 2 years and numerous time to Bur Oak State Park. It has been a great Rv. It has always been garage kept. The roof developed a leak 2 years ago and was resealed however it did gain some water damage to the wallpaper and cabinets see photos for details. Pretty sure we have kept all paperwork and manuals sense it was bought new, everything works as it should. It has 15 and 30 amp electric as well and generator and 2 new back up batteries and an board propane tank. The main batter may need replaced for motor. It is a ford F53 chassi with 460 V8 engine. It"s runs good and strong we also pull our 20 foot pontoon boat with it. The radiator overflow jug was busted by a rock that came through the grill last year and will need replaced. The electric side step below the door has also stopped working but should be a simple fix or use it manually. Both ac units work great as well as heat, water, stove, ect. The wife left bleach on the counter witch spilled when i moved the rv see photos, also the nipples for the washer fluid to the wipers have broken and will need replace. We have had lots of memories in our RV however my wife was in a car accident and no longer drives and does not like to ride in it anymore. The RV is ready for some else to create a lifetime of memories.
