Vehicle description
This Class C motor home has only 53000 miles on it, and a lot of positive things going for it. It is 30 feet long with a queen-size bed in the back. The big deal: the roof leaks. The refrigerator has been replaced 7 years ago, the engine is good, the furnace, stove, and the water system are good. Awning is good, tires are good, but the window shades have had too much wear. The hot water heater recently quit working. Recently had the brakes redone, front end worked over, and radiator repaired. Large bedroom in the back, and lots of storage. If you put a tarp over it, you could live here. Vehicle is located in Las Cruces, New Mexico, near El Paso. New Fridge 2010, uses LP, AC, or DC
