I started this conversion for myself being a three year stroke survivor. This rig can be used as day/dry camper or off-grid for a few days with YOUR generator. It has 12v power and lights with a separate battery for remote camping. It also has 110v lights and power with a 30 amp, 25 foot power cord for shore power or plugged into a generator with 30 amp plug. There is a bathroom that can also be a wardrobe with a brand new, never used port-a-potty. The kitchen has a 110v refrigerator and a sink with fresh water tank and 12v pump. The grey water can gravity drain or drain into a sewer hook-up. Single bed in back and room for couch, dinette or other sleeping area in the front. The carpet is brand new still rolled up.
