Vehicle description
1994 Ford Gulf Stream Conquest 102 Class C Motorhome 27 ft.
Looking for a great motorhome to wash away the pandemic blues? Here you go! This "94 Ford Gulf Stream just completed a 1,100+ mile trip to the Black Hills and performed flawlessly. This rig has the fuel injected 460 engine (7.5 liter) which is tried and true. It is paired with a nice shifting automatic transmission. It has 111,100 mostly highway miles on it. It sleeps 6 with a queen bedroom in the back. Much of the interior was recently redone to include new upholstery, drapes, flooring, and wall coverings. Some wiring that runs along the floor in the back bedroom could probably use a conduit or enclosure to cover it, but it is usable as is. It has a generator that was serviced when this was put in storage, but it has not been started this season. This unit is currently winterized, but if you were heading south for the winter I"m sure you could summerize it quickly. This rig has had a ton of work done to it in the last few years. Roof resealed, remodeling both inside and some out. Easily over $7,000 worth of work done in the last 4 years. One receipt alone is for over $6,100 in work done. Comes with manuals for most everything & many receipts. Front tires are brand new - Firestones. Rear tires are good and have less than 5,000 miles on them. It has a new Interstate engine battery. A/C on Ford was charged and worked well on Black Hills trip. Motorhome A/C on roof also works well. It"s a Coleman. It was recently serviced with Mobil 1 and all fluids topped off and grease job. ABS light is on, but my mechanic said brake pads are like new and it stops well. Bathroom fan works, but needs new plastic blade. Fridge works, but takes a while to get really cold. Microwave works well. Was told by previous owner that heat and water systems all work, but have not needed to use heat and water. Please only bid if you are serious and you have the money now. I don"t have to sell this, but thought I would offer it up before putting it in storage. We"re refinancing our house, and it would be nice for me not to have to pay storage fees. $200 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of auction"s end. Balance in full is due within a week through bank wire or cash at pick up. I would work with a shipper if you line that up. Enjoy the auction!
