Vehicle description
Up for auction is a 1994 Rexhall Airex 31 Foot on is a Ford f53 chassis with the V8 Ford 460 and 68,000 miles on it. I had this posted a week ago and had an out of state winner that was unable to make agreements that worked with us both, so I am selling this with new terms, and addressing the questions asked throughout the last auction. First off please local bidders only, short of buying site unseen RVs around the country to flip being your career. . it"s not a relaxing first drive across county without amenities or experience with it, Don"t bid out of state please, I cannot accommodate in any way and have limited time to spend on selling this as I"m in the process of moving. I need this sold asap so I"m offering the purchaser a 500$ discount from winning bid if picked up within 24hrs from time of auction end, also past 24hrs I will be offering the second, third, and fourth place bidder the same opportunity, also this is posted on Craigslist so the add can be pulled at any moment. You may come look at it anytime you like if your near the area, just message me, first come first serve. So to the RV. . It"s a tough, powerful, Big ol" ugly girl but she is reliable. Mechanically sound drivetrain, new tires and shocks, and plenty of life In her left. A year ago it was fully functional and complete, after leaving the kids(not mine) with a movie, ten min later water was coming out the steps from a water fight with the sink and shower hose, needless to say I was less than happy and a week later my hardwood floor buckled to the point of tripping you. I ripped the entire floor plan walls and subfloor(particle board/osb) and installed steel support welded to frame in all heavy traffic areas then lied down two oriented layers of 5/8 plywood. Sealed the floor and painted the walls(today), My intentions were to restore it to new due to its low miles and trust I have in it. But between moving and time with material cost on the rise I can no longer make sense of keeping it. It has no generator but has the cubby for it. Plenty of under body storage, the holding tanks are 45 gals each(all work without leaks) it has a 70 gal fresh water tank, all dump plumbing is intact. I have all materials for interior plumbing(pump), gas lines(has good 20 gal propane tank underside), and electrical. It has the shower, toilet, bathroom sink vanity, stove/range, and microwave. The electrical is all functional and only needs to be flipped on once all outlets are re installed. Shore switch is good, all infrastructure is functional. It just needs the kitchen sink, walls and flooring to be a home(couch+cubbies+personal touch) things that need maintenance are: the overflow bottle for coolant has a crack(non pressured type), a few exterior light lenses have cracks or are missing, it should have an alignment done with the new tires(still drives straight ATM), ac in rear is outdated and inefficient. A sideswipe on the steps makes them difficult to open on their own but a good pull or push and they work, The leveling jacks work but the solenoid just went out so small fix(can test prove they work with jump) past that it"s solid. The dash ac works well, it has rear air bags in good shape, the fluids were all changes(trans as well) about 1599 miles ago when I drove from east Texas to Cali. It is AZ registration that expired but has a clean title in hand and notarized last Friday. Tow anything np, 65 gal fuel tank strong motor. The roof is in good condition and has no leaks. I need this gone by Friday so offers are acceptable, (I"m not giving it away so no low ball offers under 2k please) I will update as soon as a question comes up or I realize I left something out. Located in Murrieta, a deposit of $300 is due immediately (3hrs) before second buyer gets chance. Other than the 300 on the rest is cash only in person upon pickup ($500 off if picked up same day) thank you. 16000GVW 8500CURB(gutted750LBS) { ?"s @ ( nine51 ) then fiftythry5 -Oh3stix7}
