| “This low mileage 1994 Fleetwood Pace Arrow has been a restoration project for the last 5 years. When we had free time in our shop we worked on this unit, The entire coach has been addressed. The coach was nice to start with ( pictures included) so we updated the interior ceiling, walls, floors (hardwood and carpet.) The drive train was in good condition with low miles. The batteries and tires are new and the full-bodied paint is a nice improvement.” |

This low mileage 1994 Fleetwood Pace Arrow has been a restoration project for the last 5 years. When we had free time in our shop we worked on this unit, The entire coach has been addressed. The coach was nice to start with so we updated the interior ceiling, walls, floors (hardwood and carpet.) The drive train was in good condition with low miles. The batteries and tires are new and the full-bodied paint is a nice improvement.
The exterior has been painted completely and has protective clear coating so that fading should be minimized. We added a forward towing receiver for a bike rack or boat launching. The awning is in good condition and has been up graded. There is a ladder to access the roof. The wheel covers are in great shape and the tires are new. The storage bays are large and in good condition.
The interior is almost all new, hardwood flooring and carpet, new ceilings, electric reclining / folding couch that becomes a nice size sleeper, dinette table with chairs, and a drop down coffee table. The drivers and passengers chairs swivel to become part of the living area. The well equipped kitchen has a two door refrigerator freezer, stove with oven, microwave, two bowl stainless steel sink, pull out pantry and abundant cabinet storage. The bathroom has a large shower, single bowl vanity, and a new toilet. The center queen bedroom has storage above the bed and under the bed. All windows have custom valances and manual shades.
The chassis is a Chevrolet P37 powered by a 454 cubic inch big block. The dash air blows cold the batteries are new as are the tires. the generator has very few hours The coach drives very well. The water systems all are in working order as are the heating and air conditioning. The coach has very little rust and the lower bays are all in good condition.
This coach has been an ongoing project that we have enjoyed working on. It is complete and awaiting a new owner to use and experience the RV lifestyle. It would be an excellent starter coach for someone who wants to find out what RVing is all about without a huge investment. We aren"t expecting to get our money back but we hope someone will appreciate the work we have done. We have moved on to our next projects a 1992 Foretravel Unihome, a 1997 Bluebird and 3 1976 GMC Eleganzas.
