Very Clean Factory built Winnebago Class B Rv 1994 Dodge 2500 chassis with the 318 V8 engine. This is the very rare 17 foot van which is the smallest and easiest to drive motorhome that you can buy which is what made it appealing to me. It drives just like a normal van yet has amenities for a fantastic camping expedition. Clean Carfax with no accident history. The best part about these 3/4 ton camping vans is that they can tow. It can be used to tow a racecar or a boat for all your adventures. Amenities include a Fridge which is AC powered, a microwave a cartridge toilet and a sink with a manual pump style faucet. The rear seats are on an awesome quick release system so that you can easily remove them if you don"t have four travelers and prefer the extra space for gear. The roof is fiberglass and free of leaks so a luggage rack can be added to the top if you like. The couch quickly and easily converts to a bed in 3 seconds. There is a house battery and an engine battery and a separate rear Air Conditioning fan that directs the engine driven AC to the rear vents. It is equipped for towing with a class 4 hitch and brake controller. The van runs and drives fantastic with no mechanical issues and I trust it to drive anywhere. Fly in to Austin Tx and drive it home. There are a few very minor defects such as paint chips and dings, and one of the seats in the rear has a small split in the seam. Overall it is very nice condition and presents very well.
