Up for sale is my very rare and clean 1994 Chinook Concourse , Class B+ with a rear entry door! The Chinook Concourse has long been considered the Rolls Royce (SPORT CAR OF RV"S) of Class B"s
Goldilocks not to big and not to small Garage kept in excellent shape
This particular unit in 1994 stickered for over $101,000.00 NEW! The newer ones sell for $175,000 and not at all as nice as the older versions.
Designed and built to handle extreme weather it is insulated with artic foam completely surrounding the RV. From the cab back the body is one solid seamless fiberglass cab unit including the roof, like a upside down boat haul. It will not leak!
It also has one-way Privacy glass with extra large windows. So you can truly enjoy the scenery. Another one of the Chinook Concourse perk. ????Oem Solar panel Charging system????. Rooftop LED flood lights and backup flood lights for seeing well at night. Plus a backup camera.???? Hydraulic leveling system Lcd TV with DVD. Satellite system, CD player, This Chinook also includes all brand new tires (2017). Anybody can drive this motor home with ease from a first time RV owner to a veteran.
Built on a heavy duty Ford E350 chassis with the very desirable 460 V-8 with only 71,000. Original Miles ???? and plenty of power to tackle any job. Exceptionally well maintained and ready for cross-country trips. It has a trailer tow package up to 10,000 pounds! At only 21 ft. long this fully loaded RV is easy to park in a normal parking space. Power windows, power mirrors, power locks, tilt/ cruise with front captain chairs. The kitchen has a large fridge (110 electric and LP). The kitchen also has a microwave, and gas stove top. Directly across from the stove is a double sink. The Concourse model comes standard with ( hard corian counter tops ) Not cheap compressed practical board. The bathroom includes sink, medicine cabinet mirror, comfort high toilet and shower.
The Concourse has plenty of storage compartments with two large outside compartments and many inside plus a closest. Storage is not a issue.
The furnace, roof air, water heater and generator are all in top shape! Completely self-contained, it is a small enough unit for stealth camping. So get away with free parking 99% of the time. Park in a Walmart or even in an out-of-the way area in a large hotel parking lot for free overnight stay.
????????The floor plan on this particular Chinook Concourse is by far the most desirable one. It offers two sofas that convert into two twin beds, or if you need more room they can convert to a super large KING BED. That will fit my 3 kids and me and my wife comfortably.
