I am selling this beautiful 1994 Bounder motor home for a close friend who is recently widowed. They are the second owners and have owned it since 2002. This coach was used sparingly due to health issues, but was meticulously maintained and needs nothing. I have a file with all receipts for routine maintenance and repairs for the past 16 years.
This is a non-smoking coach that has had foil-backed insulation covering all windows since they have owned it, so the interior is in amazing shape. The upholstery is in as-new condition with no signs of wear. It features Flexsteel captains chairs up front with a jump seat just behind the passenger seat with a fold-up table.
The exterior of the coach is in excellent condition and has been well maintained. It would take a little elbow grease to bring back the luster of the finish. There is no damage on the coach and the windshields were replaced only a few thousand miles ago. The entire roof of the coach was re-sealed a few years back as well as the side seams. Most recently, the control module for the leveling jacks was replaced as well as the alternator. Tires are all Michelin and have excellent tread depth.
The engine is the reliable 5.9 liter Cummins in-line 6 cylinder (12 valve) diesel with a Banks turbocharger system on it. It also has a 6.5 Kw Onan (Cummins) diesel generator. Both start and work perfectly. It has a 4 speed automatic transmission that shifts flawlessly. This combination has yielded mileage in the 10-11 mpg range easily. The coach is very nimble for it"s size and is a pleasure to drive.
To duplicate this coach in today"s market would cost upward of $200,000. The reserve is reasonable and the coach is 100% roadworthy, so bid with confidence.
