We bought this motor-home from original owner 11/2011 with 53002 miles. It has 63880 now, OD shows 62680 because fuse went out that controls OD while on trip but fixed now. The vehicle is in good condition with no damage or rust except a crack that appeared this spring on the left rear panel (see photo). The V6 Toyota engine runs perfectly and has been faithfully serviced each year. The original owner claimed they did not smoke and I am not a smoker so it has no odors. The kitchen and bathroom are just behind the cab leaving the rear completely open with 3 large picture windows offering a full panorama of the outside. It has a flush toilet and separate (nearly) full-size shower.
