1993 Winnebago Minnie Winnie, this is a 27" Class C motorhome with a little over 48,000 original miles. Tires have approximately 90% rubber more or less. Spare tire is brand new and never been used. The generator is a Onan 4000 and has 135 hours. The motorhome comes with a full sized tent that can sleep up to 6 people or more, there is a portable BBQ for cooking, various camping supplies, swim tube that"s still in the bag, never been opened, a large commercial grade Stihl chain saw has been included, this thing can cut down any tree you desire! There are road flares also and too much more to list. There are two stereos equipped on the coach, one is inside on the dash board for listening to while on the road, and an outdoor one for playing your favorite music while BBQing or relaxing by the lake/river side. Propane and electric forced air heat and radiant heat as heat sources inside the home. New heavy duty deep cycle batteries for the house, new battery under the hood as well. New toilet seat and lid, old one is used with some scratches, just figured it would be nicer to have a new one! Easy to install! Also have a new base gasket for the toilet as well. You have to pick the toilet up off the floor to put the lid on, might as well change out the gasket while your at it. The home has all kinds of attachments for the sewer accessories. Flushing attachments, extra sewer pipe holders, another holder for additional sewer pipe for extra reach as you can see in the pictures. Two fire extinguishers in the unit, one in front and one in back. Heavy duty steel slide in hitch cargo rack that could carry an electric wheel chair, camping gear, luggage, firewood or what have you. The carrier has a dent in one side of it, but its still fine to use. Home is currently winterized, all tanks are empty and ready for use. This is a very nice motorhome for its age! This is a basement design motorhome, so it has lots of additional storage space underneath. New mattress, new blankets and new towels, new wash cloths, new silverware, new pots and pans; everything is still in their wrapper. Packages of napkins, paper plates, plastic plates, cups, spoons and forks all new, all in the original wrappers. Has large fridge with large freezer above, the stove is a 4 burner not a 3 burner. Ready for your summer road trip. Also have original owners manual on the motorhome on all operation of home, brands, models, serial numbers on everything in the home, Manual also includes running gear, engine, transmission and everything underneath. This is a full complete huge original manual that came with the home, comes in very handy if your looking for something. Also has a large section on setting things up and troubleshooting on everything. Very nice manual! Lots of other camping supplies, too much to list.
This home has never had any pets inside and never been smoked in! Very nice and very rare! One of a kind! Home has been very well taken care of and been kept out of the weather. Its in unbelievably nice condition as the pictures show. These pictures were taken on March 3, 2018! And as you can see the condition of this home is quite nice! We also had the roof professionally inspected. Rain covers that were slightly weathered, or anything that looked slightly bad was replaced. Top of the home looks as nice as inside of home with new covers and so on.
This motorhome is up for auction only because we are moving out of state and will not have the space for it. We are having to majorly downsize on everything, so many things we dearly care about must go.
