Wonderful one of a kind 1993 Toyota Itasca Spirit made by Winneba go RV . If you are looking at this, you probably already know more about this type of RV than I can put into words here. Here are a few details: Xantrex Prosine 2.0 2000w Inverter Professionally installed, which allows all RV house (120v) outlets to be used off of the coach batteries- holds 5 (no need for shore power or obnoxiously loud generators!) Add your solar panel and be permanently off grid. This is a VERY EXPENSIVE ITEM- total cost was over $2000 including installation. Brand new Dometic Propane/Elec Fridge Hitch already installed for bikes or cargo carrier. Timing belt/water pump changed at 108k ($1000) New Yokohama tires at 118k ($600) RV has 122k miles, still runs good- have taken it on 1000k mile road trip with zero problems! It"s a Toyota! Front window needs resealed, has had a leak, but has a new sheet of plywood put down. The ceiling is pristine from corner to corner- THERE ARE NO OTHER ISSUES WITH LEAKS! Have original Owner"s Manual and all manuals that came with the New RV- even have the sticker that was in the window! Has a Kohler generator- will start and run intermittently, think it needs the carb cleaned. It is never used since the 5 coach batteries can be used with the Xantrex inverter. Exterior Shower! TV antenna Microwave Coleman Roof Air Rear Air Springs All interior fabric is in great shape, NO rips stains or tears. The RV is stored under an RV cover/Tarp year round, which can be included. Drives down the road straight and true. Great MPG! · It has a wonderful interior layout including the nice large dinette with the built in cup holders, 4-burner stove, hood fan/light, double stainless sink, refrigerator, roof air conditioning, rear bathroom with separate shower, wardrobe closet in bathroom and lots of storage cabinets throughout. This Toyota is much more spacious than some previous model year Toyota Motorhomes. Has removable dinette table that can be stored which creates even more interior room as well as an extra bed. Please be aware that this is a 25 year old vehicle- it is not new, it has its share of bumps and bruises, but overall it is in good shape and will provide many many more years of FUN. $500 Deposit due within 24 hrs of auction end and is "Non-Refundable" if you do not show up within 7 days to pick up the Motorhome!
