One owner, belonged to my parents who have passed away. Non smokers, no pets, no accidents. They took excellent care of it. Original price paid was 50K!
A model Motorhome. Chevy Engine. 61000 miles. "Super awesome engine" per General RV employee he said "they don"t put engines in them like that anymore, it could just use a tune up". Generator, roof ac, furnace, water heater, water tank/holding tank, toilet, shower, indoor outdoor radio all work. Just took plastic off carpet last year! New Tires - $1300 used one trip since got them. New Brakes $1100. Had it winterized at General RV haven"t used it since. It is started and moved every week to keep in good running condition. sleeps 6. Took a trip out west it ran great going thru the mountains up and down No problem!
Refrigerator needs repair I don"t have estimate for repair my parents had it worked on took one trip and it stopped working and they never took it back to get it fixed. outside automatic step needs repair it was going in and out so my brother disconnected it, needs a tune-up dash ac does not work, needs one new battery has 2 newer batteries but the third one just went.
Non smoking. no pets. no odors. no leaks -a tree branch fell on it and put a small hole in the top they had it professionally repaired at General RV. Have a whole book full of all manuals for house and engine.
