Its a Winnebago! Fully Self contained. Fantastic shape for the year with normal expected wear. but very nice! Only 46K Original Miles, runs and drives beautifully. Just smogged! Full Kitchen, Full bath with nice large shower, Sleeps 6, maybe 8? Dinette sleeper, rear rv queen, cab over bed, sleeper couch as well! Plenty of storage inside and out, Onan 4000 Generator(Only 28hrs), All A/C"s super cold, Appliances etc work just fine, Nice main awning(spring will need wound or replaced). All Upholstery is in excellent condition. Appears to be no water damage or delamination. Where you step off the bed there is a soft spot on the floor, common because of high use, not water. Tires have excellent tread but do have some side cracking, as a bonus I will throw on new tires with the buy it now price! Or you can make an offer! That about covers it, read below!
