Vehicle description
We are sadly selling our fully functional 1993 Toyota Winnebago Warrior in reasonable to good condition for its age, but with potential for restoration to its original condition by a motivated buyer. This 21.5 foot RV has 96,000 well-maintained miles, with many more to go. Our wonderful little camper was perfect for vendor shows, and we"re only selling because our business is now taking a different direction involving less travel. New tires and roof coating. Propane/electric fridge, water pump, roof AC cover, and water heater controller were replaced recently, and all work great. Lifetime guaranteed AirLift 5000 lb air springs permit elevation of rear end over a wide range regardless of load, and also results in a smoother ride. Professionally installed trailer hitch was welded to the frame, and an attached 2" x 5" rear cargo platform is included. The previous owners had a roof reinforcement professionally installed at a cost of $1300, we believe to correct a sagging issue possibly from snow accumulation, which now can"t happen again. The roof doesn"t leak and we maintained it with fresh rubber sealant every year or two. However, the roof is original, so ideally it would be replaced as part of a complete restoration. The cab and chassis appear solid with no obvious rust or damage.
Issues include no awning, and minor damage at the four spots where the original was attached, and some damage to a section of the vinyl/foam above the cab, as can be seen in the photos. Mechanically, the 3.0L V6 was always maintained with scheduled tune-ups, Mobil 1 oil, and a new timing belt. It runs and drives great, however, lately it seems to idle a little rough, and the "check engine" light is on. Error codes were related to the oxygen sensor, but replacing it didn"t solve the problem, so we"re leaving that to the next owner to figure out.
Interior is an attractive mauve/teal and in great condition for its age, with only minor wear showing on some regions of the sofa and the floor carpet is due to be replaced. Shower and toilet work great, but the shower base needs new screws and should be re-caulked. Feel free to contact me with questions or to see additional photos. A new paint job and some TLC will make this an amazing restoration, but even as is, we often get comments like, "That"s the coolest camper ever!"
