VERY WELL MAINTAINED 1993 v6 Toyota Winnebago
V6, 3.0 engine, approximately 78k original miles (speedometer was replaced by official Toyota dealer about 5.5k miles ago, have all paperwork of repair)
CLEAN CA title and smog certificate in hand(title is still under previous owners name)
This motorhome has no rust and is free of water damage. All appliances are in good working condition.
* *Please note that Kohler generator does not run roof air conditioner, it works BUT IT NEEDS REPAIR.* *
Newer Coleman air conditioner works great as well as in cab ac system.

Have all manuals and many service records, most of services were done by Toyota dealer. Tires are only a few years old, have no cracks on it.
The buyer is responsible for non-refundable $1000 deposit. The rest of amount has to be paid in cash within 10 days.
