Hello, Everything works in the trailer. Sometimes the wind will blow off a pilot light on the hot water heater. I have not use the awning oh, and I was told upon purchase that there might be an issue with it. I do not know. I presume that there"s something that I would have to rig up to make it work. didn"t bother me, but figured I"d pass on that information. There are two areas that had leaked before, and left ring cleanest. The previous owner had the trailer professionally repaired and sealed. Tires are good, brakes are good, frame is good, trailer is good. It does not leak. refrigerator has been replaced with a brand new one, it is sitting where the old refrigerator used to sit.
