1993 Sun-Lite Pop Up Camper. Nice sized camper with a Queen bed on one side, Full on the other and a horseshoe lounge area that also converts into a Single bed. Sleeps 5-6 comfortably. Lightweight camper that can be towed with a mini-van or large car.
It has a new propane tank regulator, new bed covers, integrated jack stands, water tank, ice box, sink, brand new heater (electric) w/ thermostat, fire extinguisher, lots of storage and brand new electric griddle/stove.
Previous owner painted one side white (the other is light grey) and there are several holes/tears that have been permanently patched and sealed - no leaks! This little camper has been open all Spring and through several bad thunderstorms - not a drop inside. NOTE: It is 26 years old with many imperfections and needs some TLC - very far from perfect (will not win any beauty contests), but it is a solid little hunting camper that tows down the road easy. Great for hunting, fishing or small family adventures.
Marine grade caulk on exterior seams, roof is solid, tires are newer and just greased - everything works! Clean title. Just washed, cleaned and disinfected . . needs nothing - ready to hook up and go!
