Our coach has been very well taken care of. Clean with a super solid engine. Here are the details: Exterior: Sidewalls are clean and shiny, overall paint looks great. Obviously, with a used coach there are spots where paint is chipped and there are a few dings (I’ve included a video link of the outside where I point out where the dings are located). Aluminum-covered awning (replaced 3 years ago) works and is easy to pull out and retract. All lights work. Stairs in working order, we replaced the motor this year. There are two cracks in windshield. Plenty of storage accessible from both sides. Interior: Very clean! Throughout the coach are recently installed accordion-style blinds. New covers on front seats. Power driver seats, telescopic/tilt steering, AM/FM stereo, surround speakers, subwoofer, 36” LCD TV, satellite dish, TV antenna. Included are two reclining lazy chairs, which also swivel. You could remove these if you prefer to put a couch in the living room. Stainless steel fridge, microwave in like-new condition, two burner stove, very large counter space. Beautiful wood cabinets and Corian style counter tops. Bathroom has a corner glass shower and plenty of storage space. Gold accent colors throughout. At the rear of the coach is the spacious bedroom with walk-around queen size bed and memory foam topper. Three closets in the bedroom for ample storage. Tons of mirrors, which give a beautiful open feel. Dual roof AC units, and gas furnace. Mechanics: Cummins engine with Allison 6 speed transmission. Level system with 3 contact points to level out. Hot water heater and water pump replaced in 2015. Brakes and pads in good condition, replaced in 2014. 26,000 miles since the engine was overhauled. Cummins Diesel engines are known to run for 800,000 miles, and ours has 117,000 miles on it. Good batteries, installed brand new in 2016. New generator. Fresh water tank is full and waste tanks are emptied and cleaned out. Coach has been extremely well-cared for. With so many upgrades as well as the potential to add more, this is a dynamite deal. We are selling it for a good price because we need to sell the RV quickly. Now with two kids, we have outgrown it. We"ve had so many wonderful adventures in this coach. Impressively clean and in very good shape considering the year. This is a 1993 coach so if you look for issues here and there, you will find them. This coach is for someone who wants a solid RV with a very strong engine, and doesn’t mind maintaining some of the systems when needs arise.
