Vehicle description
1993 MCI 102 DL3 DETROIT 60 (less than 200 , 000 miles) Odometer reads 325 , 000 . I personally spoke with the mechanic that replaced it and the transmission, (Candle Coach & Charters - Canton, OH) Allison transmission (less than 45, 000 miles on replacement)
New Steer Tires (6 months old) One New Battery and 1, 3 years old. Oil changed, chassis lubed Filters Changed ( oil, fuel , & Trans) Mechanically Inspected (1, 000 miles ago) D.O.T. Inspected by Ohio State Highway Patrol (less than 6 months ago)
New replacement door, bumper, and a few other cosmetic stainless goodies (yes. including wiper cover ;) )
Air actuator on door has been removed. Door does not open or close through the switch, but can be replaced, if so desired.
In Addition, this bus comes with $3, 000 in parts from the company that I purchased it from. You just have to call, place order, and pay shipping, it will be sent directly to you.
Paint is a little rough from a previous decal removal. Overall, the bus is in great shape for its age.
Some small dents here and there in the stainless from curbs and such, but no major damage.
All gauges and switches in driver compartment are in working order and driver wiper has been converted - from air to electric.
Builds air in under 4 minutes. Small leak in fitting above drive axle airbag; $5 fitting will fix it.
Needs a new shock on drive axle.
All but, 13 seats have already been removed. This is a great bus for a conversion and the reason we bought it!
We drove her from Ohio to Louisiana, with vehicle in tow. Then, Louisiana to Alabama with absolutely no problems! She never skipped a beat :)
We are selling because life plans have changed. W e have been forced to go a different direction for a couple of years and don"t want it to sit.
Runs solid, drives great, and is a idea; platform to make a "Wanderful" home or R.V. . .
HAPPY HUNTING & SMOOTH SAILING. .
