Up for sale- 1993 RD MACK Dumptruck. Starts, runs, drives and dumps as intended. Engine runs like a freight train. We are wholesalers and are offering this workhorse with clean title. Prior owner advised; approx. 35k miles on rebuilt 8LL transmission with new clutch and pressure plate. Also at that time all new brakes were put on. Approx. 55k on suspension rebuild. Reman replacement injection pump as well. This MACK has had roughly $20k in repairs in the last few years. Prior owner had no intentions of selling this truck then came across a newer bank owned Western Star with a deal he couldn’t pass up. MACK has Air to the back with glad hands and pintle hitch. Air tailgate release. Heavy Camelback suspension. This truck is the recipient of 6 new tires as well. 15’ Steel dump bed in fair shape has had prior plate repairs but is very functional. Bed could use a repaint. Impressions of prior company logo remains on doors. Engine runs clean with no weird noises. It does leak some oil as pretty much all old Macks do. Odometer shows 537094 but, true miles are unknown as speedometer appears to be non operational. This truck has never been a plow truck and the frame is solid. 11R24.5 tires on back, 22.5 Floaters on front. Passenger mirror has a crack in it. This is a stout older work truck, however, you should expect some imperfections.You should also expect to purchase this truck for a fraction of what a new one would cost. Truck was in service as recent as 4 months ago. However, truck is not currently tagged and should be transported to itts destination. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
