| “THIS VAN WILL NEED A TRANSMISSION SOON--MAYBE??? It is also still capable of driving anywhere and back right now. The last time it was driven, right before the tags went dead, I towed a car on a tow dolly over 350 miles!!! It will need a bunch of wear and tear work also. That said it still starts easily and the engine runs smooth, cool, quiet and smoke free. The transmission is just starting to slip. It still runs and drives like a big Cadillac truck. It will probably need a front to back exhaust system alhough it only has a small leak now. It has a crack in the windshield and the side and rear doors only open from the inside with the panels off(they are off there now). The front doors work perfectly and they all lock perfectly. The paint is faded out but the interior is plush and nice.” |

It is REQUIRED that you contact me BEFORE buying. There are too many scammers out there now. We are NOT in Kansas any more. . This is a 1993 Ford F-150 5.8 litre 351 Windsor motor VERY RARE Jayco Conversion van "WEEKENDER" ALMOST Class B Motorhome. Weekender means just that. it was designed to go on weekend trips where a, generator, toilet, shower,hot water heater and propane are not needed. It still has room to add a toilet and or portable shower if desired A generator can be plugged into the outside outlet of the van if there is no 30 amp hook up also. It comes with a long heavy duty cable that screws into the vans outside to power the overhead ac unit that blows cold and the refrigerator that I don"t think works but am not sure about that? It has a portable gallon clean water tank sink and a gallon drain tank. There is an overhead analog tv that comes on but that would need to be updated or an antenna or better antenna would at least need to be added to get that to work at all. The high top is higher by a few inches than a regular conversion van top also. If you are 5.7 or below you can stand up straight in it while in the back area. except while under the ac unit. It is a few inches shorter there. The rear benches flip into a nice soft but firm plush bed with the flip of the wrist. It is not a struggle because of how it was designed. The rear and side doors need to be opened from the inside with the door panels off.The panels are off now and I have them There is a cable that runs from the inside connection of the handles that have to be pulled to open the doors. I"m thinking right now the best and easiest fix for that is new used doors and have them professionally "wrapped" to match the paint job but that would need to be researched. I"m not sure the technology is out there to match the faded paont and design. Worse case is just pain them white or find white if you choose to go this route.Thei van also has 75% tread Michelin tires all the way around that are old but still MIGHT pass a safety inspection. I have noticed a few dry rot cracks popping upbt they are not worrisome to me. ANY cracks may be worrisome to you? I am available during the week to show this van BEFORE you buy it now and prefer that anyone interested check it out before buying it but I know that is not always possible because of distance. As stated again it is REQUIRED that ANYONE onterested in buying this van CONTACT ME HERE IN MESSAGES to ask ALL QUESTIONS you may have BEFORE buying.
