Vehicle description
I am offering for sale this Ford V8 351, 5.8 ltr, converted by Jayco. It is a factory custom painted High Top with indirect lighting under the windows and lights scattered all inside with a new Fantastic Fan mounted in the roof for ventilation. Lots of storage in the upper compartments. I am 5"10". I can stand up easily in the back and lay down on the side mounted sofa that converts into a bed with a brief lift of the bottom cushion. It folds out like a futon. The seats, carpet, everything is original. I didn"t try to clean up much. I just took the photos and listed it for sale.
The power convertor is mounted behind the left rear captain chair, close to the fridge. The fridge is cold and operates by flipping 1 switch. The key must be turned to accessory or the ON position, like when driving down the road. The microwave requires shore power. The water supply is stored under the cabinet as well as the drain from the sink. This RV is inexpensive with a great look! You will find NO rust on this rig. It come from Midland Texas.
The TV has power and comes on. The AC is cold front and rear. The motor starts quickly with no unusual noises, like knocks, clicks, ticks or smoke. The transmission shifts out firmly right on time with no leaks underneath from either. It steers straight down the road. The power windows and locks are working correctly.
There is some wear and tear here and there. Nothing serious anywhere. Some of the clear coat is weak from heat that we have in Texas. But as you can see, no doubt, its a good looking vehicle! Good rubber on the ground. No tires are needed. It has a Jayco bag with 2 poles and a table top that mounts quickly in the floor. Overall, its a nice, well above average, well taken care of unit! There is no burns or odors from smoking.
I am located in Abilene Tx, on the west side of town, just off Interstate 20. You can take a mini vacation, FLY IN & drive home. I will meet you at the airport with the RV. I f you want to send someone by to inspect the RV, that"s fine or if you have any questions, call me at 325.665.3355. I"ll tell you all I know.
Thanks, Bobby
