Hello. This listing is for the GRUMMAN Step Van in the photos.
This van was completely gone through top to bottom and any problems were addressed. After it was deemed mechanically sound, the interior was upgraded and a clean/gray water system with water heater was installed. A mini 4-compartment sink is installed in the custom countertop and cabinets. There are electrical outlets placed in the walls for convenience. A breaker panel in in the cab. There is a stereo system with CD player, Garmin GPS and Garmin Back-Up Camera. A rebuilt cab AC is included as well as a Domestic RV HVAC in the roof of the cargo area. Track lighting, custom roof panels, 12mm water-resistant wood laminate flooring, shelving and a slat wall complement the cargo area. Also includes a custom-built staircase and rails for easy entry in the rear cargo area.
Mounted to the front bumper/frame is an aluminum generator rack. There is also a plug routed and mounted to the area for powering the cargo area. The generator is not included.
The van was repainted during the upgrades. It is not perfect, but very serviceable. The advertising on the exterior is vinyl stickers (not a wrap) and should come off with little effort.
I have a clear title in hand. Sales were not able to sustain the business, so it was closed down and assets liquidated. There is/was nothing wrong with the truck. It starts with no hesitation. Goes into reverse and drive smoothly. Shifts appropriately. Power steering is smooth. It only has 200K miles on a 6.2L Diesel - it"s ready for 500K more! All doors lock/unlock with key. Blinkers work. Horn does not.
Local Pick-Up is welcomed/preferred. If you need to have this shipped, I will work with your shipper but you will be responsible for setting up and paying your shipper.
