This is the Cadillac of motorhomes, custom built and sold new in 1993 for $356,000.00. Has every bell and whistle and upgrade galore. It"s 40 foot in length and 108" wide. We are the second owner and this rig has been extremely well cared for. All maintenance has been kept up.
It has the Detroit Silver 6V92 diesel with DDEC 350 HP 2 cycle V-6 Turbo engine. They refer to these as the million mile engine. Only has 117,771 miles on it.
It also has a new factory rebuilt Allison HT746 with ATEC Transmission. We had taken the coach in for routine maintenance and the shop put the wrong tranny fluid in. So had it completely rebuilt. Only has 20 miles on the rebuild.
Has all new airbags, tire"s, Batteries and tune up.
Also has a 10 KW diesel generator, pull-out basement slides (huge) with storage compartments in them.
Interior: Pecan wood, corian counter tops, washer/dryer, full size shower, porcelain toilet, cedar lined closets, queen bed, electric fireplace, double door fridge with ice maker, trash compactor, micro-wave/ convection oven, 2 flat screen tv"s, heat pump air conditioner the list goes on and on.
this is an amazing motorhome. Drive"s beautifully, no back end swing. Get to your destination push the air leveling button and your set. The perfect bug out rig for these crazy times. Completely self contained. Ready to roll.
What it needs: Could use a new front privacy curtain. The curtain is there and useable but it showing it"s age. We removed the satellite dish for our lake lot.
