Vehicle description
This is a unique RV! Originally purchased as a renovation project. The interior has been transformed from the traditional "pink and blue" of the old RV"s into a relaxed updated living space. We made several custom modifications to the vehicle. Traditional RV"s have the large bed in the back room with a foot of walk space around. We gutted the back room and fixed the bed to the back wall as you would a murphy bed. During the day or travel it stays up against the wall. At night it drops down into specially designed horse shoe shaped storage. Maybe hard to explain but when you view the photos you can see all the pillows in the back room on what looks like benches. There is storage inside all of the benches and the bed is hidden behind the curtains. The front room has been changed as well. Custom sofas were built in two cresent shapes for more room. Another amazing feature is the Television. We built a custom cabinet above and between the driver and passenger chairs. When traveling the t.v. secures safely up in the ceiling. When parked, you can unlock and bring down creating a cinema feeling! Note: The photos taken of the T.V. were during renovation. .it is a lot more tidy now!
The RV is a 1993 model. It is what it is everybody. Still looks like a 93" on the outside. It does have dings and dents and does need fixes if you want it perfect out on the road. The big rust spot visible in the photos has been painted and looks great. This would be an ideal vehicle for taking to a campsite and parking or parking on a property as an extra bedroom. Upscale hunting bunk. Would be super cool to make permanent on property and painting and landscaping.
It has two roof A/C units. One works, one doesn"t. It needs a generator and new wiring for multiple battery packs. Also the air suspension needs replacing if you want a smoother ride and the brakes are due for replacing. Like I said. .it is what it is. If you are a mechanic or handy or have a mechanic brother in-law. . this is for you!
We will leave silverware, pots, pans toaster, etc. You should have everything you need. The microwave you see in the photos is also a convection oven so you can bake. Also there is a large roll-up awning for shade attached to outside. Works great. Some outside compartments do not lock
