This is a used 1993 Coleman Cap Cod pop up. It sleeps 7. Has two slide out beds one is a king the other a full. Has kitchen table that breaks down into a bed. Has water, air condition, stove, and a very small refrigerator. The sides are hard sides love this feature with great big nice windows. Had 2 bottom cushions of table reupholstered and had new cables for opening the camper replaced 2 yrs ago. It had a small leak at seal in roof that my husband fixed not a permanent fix you probably will have to take air condition off and reseal. There is some cosmetic water damage on inside ceilings will have to replace a few spots with new wall board and re wallpaper. Two small tears in canvas which there are pics. Not the prettiest but a good solid camper. If I didn"t need the money I wouldn"t be selling it I would do repairs and keep it for myself. Because of repairs only asking $1000 firm. Will not budge on price.
