Hello! We are selling our RV as we have not been using as much as anticipated. It has been remodeled extensively inside, including hardwood flooring, lighting, etc. The appliances, heater, AC units, thermostats, water heater, water pump, and generator are in great working condition. There is a full queen in back and the new front couches fold out for add 2-4 sleeping. Tons of storage inside and in outside compartments. The unit is powered by a pusher "93 Cummins B Series Diesel and Allison 4 speed auto transmission. It runs and tows beautifully and is quite easy to drive. Being a mechanical motor, one can replace parts and service it for a fraction of the new units. With only 125k miles, she is just getting started. It has approx 50 gallon water storage, 40 gallon propane tank, and 55 gallon diesel fuel tank. The monster Onan generator runs off the propane tank and very strong. The exterior has some panel issues due to age, and the most significant is where the awning was blown off and split one panel on the passenger side. Paint and decals are aged, and some minor trim work can still be done for asthetics, but she has great mechanical components and live-ability. . and years of enjoyment and fun in her. Clean Colorado title and pretty cheap insurance rates. In addition to the interior upgrades, it has new: Turbo, Fuel Pump, Alternator, Tires, Water pump, Lighting, Added radiator w/ electric fans. This is a great unit for those that want to camp, tow toys, and go have fun with all working parts in order for a great price.
