* * CLEAN TITLE AND REGISTERED IN MY NAME. * * LOW MILE: 4980 miles* * GOOD TIRES * * Brief Vehicle History: Offered for sale is my personal 1993 M998A1 Humvee. I purchased this truck from a County Sheriff Department (Government Auction) in February this year. The County Sheriff got this truck from the federal Law Enforcement Support Office’s military surplus program (DoD 1033) in 2012 with only 2944 miles on the Odometer, titled for on-road and registered under their name as County Official Vehicle. According to the official there (I communicated with them via many phone calls before buying it) the truck came from the US Air Force located in the NE used as utility service truck around the air base (where they picked the truck up). They rarely used the truck for search&rescue, and tactical operations and mostly park inside the department garage all the time for emergency ready. The mileage at the time I purchased the truck (won the bid) was 4721 miles (as shown on the Bill of Sale). As you can see the truck"s color is a color scheme for that County Sheriff Department that look similar to most Law Enforcement vehicles, especially the Sheriff vehicles. * * This is one of the nicest, and cleanest truck with great used condition around that you can own and drive immediately. The truck has been maintained and taken care very good by that County Sheriff Department for their emergency operation readiness that I do nothing else except oil and filter changed since I got the truck. * * The engine (6.2 Diesel), transmission (3 speeds) and transfer cases are all in good working order* * Brakes, suspension systems, power steering wheel, rack, heater (no AC), radiator cooling, lights, signal lights, dash lights, ignition systems, charging system are all in good working order. * * No smoking, hard starting, or electrical problems.* *PLEASE NOTE: I will continue to drive and use this vehicle until a deposit is made.
