1993 Airstream Excella 1000 34’ -Bumper Pull, Triple Axle -Kitchen w/ working stove and oven. -Bathroom with walk in shower. -All tires replaced 2 years ago and have less than 200 miles on them. -AC works good (replaced 6 years ago) -Fridge works w/ electric or propane. -Shower and both sinks work properly. -Previous owner rebuilt the rear to put in 2 twin beds instead of a queen. -Sofa in front was replaced with a new one that folds out to a bed. -Table folds out into a bed -Potable water tank does not leak and internal pump still works -Able to run off of tank water or supplied water. -Hot water heater runs off propane and was replaced within the last 5 years. -Propane system is operational Thin gauge metal that covers plumbing and frame under trailer needs replacing in spots. -Body needs some repair for a dent in the front and a small one in the rear, but no holes in the body. The dents did not compromise the outer shell or mess up the interior walls. TITLE IN HAND! NEGOTIABLE!
